About the Kraft of KibbleKraft.
For more than 25 years, I’ve built products for homes, hospitality, and premium environments where craftsmanship is not optional. Through companies under B&Y Holdings, LLC, my teams have manufactured furniture, bath products, and hospitality furnishings for luxury residences, national retailers, and 4 to 5 star hotels. When you spend decades building products that live in beautiful spaces, you learn something quickly, details matter. Quality matters. And products should belong in the room, not feel like an afterthought.
KibbleKraft started from frustration. Like many pet owners, I bought nearly every feeder on the market, hoping someone had solved the problem. Most solved feeding. None solved the fact that they looked like plastic appliances dropped into otherwise thoughtfully designed homes. After decades manufacturing furniture-grade products, I kept asking the same question: why hasn’t anyone built a feeder designed for the home? So we decided to build what didn’t exist, furniture-grade smart feeding systems that look intentional, perform beautifully, and feel worthy of the homes they live in.

How does the Feed Score work?
Feed Score is a single 0–100 number that combines meal timing accuracy, portion accuracy (weighed dispense), eating speed vs your dog's baseline, treat-calorie usage, and device uptime. A score above 90 means the day is on track. Below 70 means something is worth a look. Feed Score is delivered through the KibbleKraft app, scheduled for availability before the end of November 2026.
What happens if Wi-Fi or the cloud goes down?
Local Backup Mode keeps your feeding schedule running on the device itself. Meals continue, the dispenser still operates, and the proof log is stored locally. Once connectivity returns, everything syncs.
Can I share data with my vet?
Yes. Tap the Vet PDF action anywhere in the app to generate a one-page printable wellness report covering meals, calories, treats, missed meals, and weight trend. Email the PDF to your vet, or print it.
How is portion accuracy calibrated?
On first setup the dispenser fills a measured cup, weighs the dispense, and adjusts the auger turn-count to match. You can re-run calibration any time from More → Devices → Portion calibration.
Is the dispenser safe to leave running while we're out?
Yes. The dispenser is designed to operate unattended on its scheduled cadence and includes safety stops that refuse to over-dispense beyond the portion you've set. The cabinet's furniture-grade build keeps stored kibble dry, sealed, and out of reach. If your dog is under six months we recommend supervised feedings while you and your puppy get a feel for the cadence.
Can multiple dogs share one device?
The KibbleKraft Dispenser is designed for a single primary dog because portion control is tied to that dog's profile. Multi-dog households can still use the dispenser and bowl for all dogs but should manually select which dog ate in the app. Multi-dog auto-recognition is on the roadmap.
What about cats?
KibbleKraft is engineered for dogs. Cat portions, behavior baselines, and treat-calorie targets are different enough that we'd rather build right than build "okay" for cats.
How much kibble does the dispenser hold?
The SM Dispenser holds approximately 100 cups (about 25 lb) of kibble — enough for one to two months of feeding depending on your dog's size. The ST Dispenser holds approximately 135 cups (about 34 lb) — enough for two to three months. Exact capacity varies slightly with kibble shape and density. Once you're set up, the KibbleKraft app's Smart Refill Prediction tells you exactly how many days you have left based on your dog's real consumption.
What's the warranty?
One year against defects on all KibbleKraft hardware, registered through your KibbleKraft account at checkout. We ship from the U.S. and stand behind the work.
Will there be a meal subscription later?
KibbleKraft Nutrition is being designed as a future extension of the platform, with optional recurring delivery tuned to your dog's profile. Customers can create a pet profile at checkout today to prepare for future feeding and wellness features. The launch products are sold a-la-carte — there is no auto-subscription at purchase.
